Today, success is on the side of those companies that give priority to quality - from production technology to the standards used in customer service and product deliveries. In this regard, the management of the JV of JSC "Spartak" in the distant 1999 decided to develop a quality system at the enterprise. In 2001, on March 1 the enterprise received a certificate of conformity registered under the number ВУ / 112 05.0.0.0071 in the Register of the National Certification System, certifying that the quality system for the development and production of confectionery and semi-finished products of its own production complies with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-96.

In 2003 and 2007, the quality management system was recertified and the State Standard of the Republic of Belarus confirmed the validity of the certificate of conformity attesting that the quality management system for the development and production of confectionery products complies with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2001.

In 2010, in 2013 and in 2016, re-certification of the quality management system was carried out, as a result of which it was confirmed its compliance with STB ISO 9001-2009.

In 2018, the quality management system was recertified and its compliance with STB ISO 9001-2015 confirmed, as evidenced by the issued certificate No. BY / 112 05.01.006 00071 valid until 01 June 2019

The quality management system is the basis for the continuous improvement and improvement of the activities of JV JSC "Spartak" and is aimed at achieving results in accordance with the objectives in the field of quality: improving customer satisfaction and improving product quality. Advantages of Quality Management System Certification The main purpose of the Quality Management System certification is the official recognition of the effectiveness of its operation and compliance with the requirements established, in particular, by the core standards of the ISO 9000 series. At the same time, the customer's confidence, supported by a certificate, in ensuring the quality of the product ( compliance is a guarantee of the release of quality products).

Enhancement of the image and marketing potential of the enterprise, which received international recognition through certification. The certificate facilitates integration into the international economy and opens access to the European market. The availability of a certificate is one of the requirements of the European Community directives and the possibility of successfully participating in international tenders for the supply of products, and also contributes to the profitability of the enterprise due to the growth of competitiveness and the possibility of raising the price for products of guaranteed quality.

The introduction of a quality management system, the effectiveness of which is confirmed by a certificate of compliance issued by an internationally recognized certification organization, gives confidence to customers that the enterprise is consistently producing high-quality products, and this is guaranteed by a carefully organized production organization and a high level of personnel qualification.

Therefore, in October 2009, a certification audit by the international company BUREAU VERITAS Certification was conducted at JV JSC "Spartak". The International Technical Society BUREAU VERITAS is a global leader in product certification and management systems, as well as the world's leading independent certification body.

The company was founded in 1828, the headquarters is in Paris. Has national accreditations in more than 40 countries. The clients of the Bureau Veritas in the world are such campaigns as: Sony, Audi, Nestle, Samsung, Caca-Cola, Toyota, Kraft, Roshen, Massandra, Nemiroff and many others.

In June 2018 a recertification audit of the quality management system was conducted. The certificate of compliance No .: BY228892Q-U (with UKAS UK accreditation) is valid until November 26, 2021, certifying that the quality management system of JV of JSC "Spartak" meets the requirements of the international standard of the series ISO 9001-2015.

In addition to the fact that the product must be of high quality, it must still be safe for the consumer. The Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points system is a system that identifies, assesses, controls and prevents hazards (risks) that can make food products dangerous to human health. The implementation and operation of the HACCP system is a universally recognized method for ensuring food safety. Therefore in 2003 the joint venture of JV JSC "Spartak" started to develop the system of HACCP.

In addition, the joint venture of JV JSC "Spartak" was the first enterprise in the city of Gomel and the 14th in the Republic of Belarus, where this system was developed, implemented and certified.

The Republican body for standardization, metrology and certification GOSSTANDART RB on June 3, 2004 issued a certificate of conformity No. ВУ / 112 06.0.0.0014 certifying that the production of confectionery products complies with the requirements of STB GOST R 51705.1-2001 "Quality systems. Food quality management based on the principles of HACCP. "

In May 2007, the HACCP system was audited for compliance with the requirements of the national standard STB 1470-2004 "Quality systems. Food quality management based on risk analysis and critical control points. The certificate of conformity №BY / 112 05.02 is issued. 006 0104.

In May 2018, a recertification audit of the HACCP system was carried out for compliance with the requirements of the national standard STB 1470-2012 "Food Safety Management Systems. Management of food safety through the analysis of hazards and critical control points. "

The certificate of conformity №BY / 112 05.02 has been received. 006 00545, valid until June 26, 2021, which certifies that the system of food safety management based on the analysis of hazards and critical control points for the production of confectionery and semi-finished products complies with the requirements of STB 1470-2012.

Both consumption of quality, safe products and environmental impact are the most important aspects ensuring the health of customers. Therefore, JSC «SPARTAK» introduced an environmental management system (EMS) that is considered as a part of the management control system. It includes organizational structure, planning, responsibility, methods and procedures which are to improve ecological policy and prevent environmental pollution. The system meets the CTB ISO 14001–2000 requirements. Ecological assessment«of technological processes »in the main and subordinate sections (use of primary products, materials and resources, shipment of finished goods, etc.), including all stages of product life cycle has been held at JSC «Spartak».
